Why doesn't the Installed tab show my installed products?


The Red Giant Application Manager (RGA) can only reflect products that've been installed using the latest installers.

If you currently have the latest version of a product installed that is not appearing on the Installed tab of RGA, but it is appearing in either Purchased or All, either:

Make sure you only have one installer open at any given time when installing our products.
