Why doesn't the Installed tab show my installed products?


The Red Giant Application Manager (RGA) can only reflect products on its Installed tab that've been installed using the latest installers.

If you currently have the latest version of a product installed that is not appearing on the Installed tab of RGA, but it is appearing in either Purchased or All, either reinstall using the Install button in RGA, or download and reinstall the product using the latest installer.

  • Note: Older products (like Effects Suite or Keying Suite) will not be relayed in RGA.
