Nothing happens to your active Universe subscription if you buy Red Giant Complete.

Since Red Giant Complete includes Universe, you will essentially have access to two subscriptions (four activations) of Red Giant Universe.

If you don't need a second subscription to Red Giant Universe, you can cancel it under the Universe tab of your account.
