How do I request a refund?

To refund a purchase made from Red Giant within the last 14 days, uninstall your product, then head to the invoice in your Order History after logging in, and click Request Refund on the right hand side.

The process takes up to 24 hours to complete on our end, but may take your bank up to 10 days to finalize depending on your bank's policies. Within those ten days the license then gets removed from your order history and is rendered invalid.
