Why don't I see my purchases listed in the Purchased tab?


The Purchased tab of Red Giant Application Manager (RGA) will only show the latest versions of products purchased directly from Red Giant's website using the email shown in the top right of its interface.

If you have purchases of the latest products not listed in the account currently signed into RGA, head into the menu in the top right (Screen_Shot_2019-11-25_at_8.34.35_AM.png) and select Submit Error Report, describe your issue, then click Send and we'll check into things from there.
