Older products and purchases may only appear in the Order History page. Their serials are shown on the invoice, and their installers can be retrieved from the Legacy installers page.
If you don't see purchases from Red Giant's website listed on the Your Products or the Order History pages, check that you're logged in under the email address used to make the purchase.
If you purchased your products through another vendor, we unfortunately cannot track that information, and you will need to contact that vendor for your order information.
