Why is there a watermark over my trial?


All of our current products run on timed trials and should not be watermarked.

If you are seeing a watermark over a product's trial installation, make sure you've clicked Start Trial in the Red Giant Application Manager (in your Start menu or Applications Folder).

If Red Giant Application Manager says your trial has started and the watermark still appears, contact support.

When a timed trial is started, visit the Red Giant Application Manager (in your Start menu or Applications folder) to review how many days are left in the trial.

 

After the trial has expired, the red 'X' will remain over these effects until they have been purchased and serialized. With the exception of the watermark, the plugin remains fully functional, allowing you to test out its features and see if it can run within your system's specifications.
