Denoiser II is in Draft Mode in After Effects.

You will receive the Draft Mode indicator and will not be able to Sample your frame when your Resolution inside After Effects is not set to 'Full' option.  You may also be in Draft Mode if your Resolution is set to 'Auto' and your 'Magnification ratio' is set to, for example 100% (resolution setting will appear as '(Full)').  See instructions included below for how to change to Full resolution in AE.
