If you are experiencing any problems installing or updating your Universe plug-ins, managing your account, or anything else, the best option would be to open a support ticket. However, a very helpful step for providing feedback would be to submit a report through Link itself.
- Go to the Red Giant Link Help menu (menu bar on Mac, title bar on Windows) and select the "Submit Bug Report For Link" menu item.
- Enter your email address and the specifics of the problem.
- Click the Submit button.
This will send an email to our engineers and customer service with a log that will help diagnose the error.
